Their assumption of office further strengthens the organizationโs leadership in advancing industrial peace across Region XII.
The oath-taking was administered by DOLE XII Assistant Regional Director Raymond Fel F. Sajor during the 2025 Region-Wide Seminar in General Santos City.
At the heart of this yearโs Region-Wide Seminar on Labor-Management Relations, the Biggest Delegation Awards highlighted not just numbers, but the spirit of solidarity and collective commitment to industrial peace.
Held on September 24, 2025, at Avior Events, the recognition was given to both companies and unions who rallied their members to actively participate in the one-day gathering organized by AIPA-SOX and RCMB XII.
In the Company Category, Dole Philippines, Inc. stood out with an impressive 25 delegates, followed by Ocean Deli Packing Corporation with 12, and South Cotabato Integrated Port Services, Inc. with 10.
Meanwhile, in the Union Category, the Labor Employees Association of Dolefil - Polomolok Hourlies (LEAD.PH) led with 13 delegates, trailed by the Labor Employees Association of Dolefil (LEAD) with 8, and the Southern Christian College Faculty and Staff Association with 5.
More than recognition, these awards symbolize the importance of showing upโproof that when companies and unions invest in learning and dialogue, the region takes another step toward stronger labor-management cooperation.
Certificates were presented by RCMB XII Conciliator-Mediator Jemeia Mae E. De Eyoy and AIPA-SOX President Ronel B. Dela Cruz.
